Light of the world
You stepped down into darkness
Opened my eyes let me see
Beauty that made this heart adore You
Hope of a life spent with You

Reflection.  Not often enough am I filled with awe overwhelming at what Jesus has done for me. Today is not one of those days.  

As an act of will let's choose today to be awestruck. Let's bow down and declare that the Babe of Bethlehem is our God.

Thanksgiving. Thank you, Lord Jesus,  for stepping down into this dark world. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for being always the Light of the World. Amen.
