Psalm 145:1-6 "I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name for ever and ever. Every day I will praise you and extol your name for ever and ever. Great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom. One generation commends your works to another; they tell of your mighty acts. They speak of the glorious splendor of your majesty— and I will meditate on your wonderful works. They tell of the power of your awesome works— and I will proclaim your great deeds."
Reflection. Mindset. Yesterday, I let my anger and upset speak. Then I remembered. I remembered what a wise, pastoral man asked me when I was loosing it. He asked whether I had given thanks to God today; whether I has remembered God.
Mindset. So, an apology is offered for yesterday's strong post. An apology to God and to my friends. As we read in the Parable of the Prodigal Son, "I will arise and say to my father, 'Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you.' This is me this morning.
So, a change of mindset is in order. A time to exalt my God and give thanks to him and for friends. Great is the Lord and worthy of praise.
Praise. I will praise and extol the name of the Lord. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Holy Spirit. Thank you, Lord. Amen.
