With the help of many organisations, TPT are once again hosting a Christmas Carol Service at St Paul’s Church, Stonehouse on Tuesday 13th December at 2pm. This service is particularly suitable for anyone experiencing memory loss or who may find attending a longer service at night time difficult.
The Carol Service will last for around 45 minutes and everyone taking part will be aware that visitors may get up, walk around or leave at any point during the service. Some of this years highlights include St Georges Primary School Choir who will be sharing Christmas songs and prayers, Kate & Debbie from Memory Matters will read a Christmas poem, and Maria from the Coop will be providing a range of wonderful refreshments for everyone afterwards. There will also be handmade twiddle muffs available for anyone who would appreciate something to play with during the service to aid concentration, and these can be kept and taken home too.
